JAIMEE KING

Jaimee is the managing partner of Smith Foster King. She began her legal career in Silicon Valley big law, focused on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. She has held multiple legal and business roles in both public and private companies, including positions as General Counsel, Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to attending law school, Jaimee worked as an Immigration Inspector under the U.S. Department of Justice High Scholar Program, and interned for the International Rescue Committee. Jaimee applies many facets of her broad  personal and professional experiences to the Firm’s overall practice, teaming with her partners to offer smart, comprehensive, and strategic legal services.

Jaimee enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends, including her husband, three children, and four highly energetic dogs.
