Oregon Rugby

SFK Supports Oregon Rugby

Rugby is built on strength, discipline, teamwork, and respect. Those are values we're proud to support both on and off the field.

SFK is proud to support women's rugby across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, including the Portland Rugby Club Grackles, the Redhawks, and the PNW Loggers, USA Rugby's National Development Program and regional all-star pathway.

From local clubs to the national development pathway, these athletes are competing hard, building confidence, and helping grow the game for the next generation of girls and women in American rugby.

We're proud to see the SFK name on their jerseys. We're even prouder to support the players who wear them.

SFK Family

Rugby Runs in the SFK Family

Rugby runs in the SFK family. It's where our support for the game began.

Snapper King's rugby journey has taken her from Oregon to New Zealand and back again. In New Zealand, she played for the Hamilton Girls' High School 1st XV and the New Zealand Harlequins, where she was named U17 Player of the Year. She also played league rugby for the Waikato National Team.

Back in the United States, Snapper continues her rugby journey with the PWN Loggers, TOA, a high performance representative team, and her home club, the Portland Rugby Club Grackles, as she plays her final season of high school XVs rugby.

Watching Snapper and her teammates grow through the sport has given us a firsthand appreciation for everything rugby can offer young athletes: confidence, resilience, teamwork, and a community that reaches far beyond the field. We have also seen the extraordinary commitment of the coaches, volunteers, families, and supporters who make these opportunities possible. We are proud to support the programs and people helping girls and women play, compete, grow, and find their place in the game.

Every case begins with understanding what happened. Tell us what brought you here. We'll listen, ask questions, and help you understand the issues, your options, and what may come next.
